Do you have a transfer service to the airport?

At Lago Apartments, we offer a taxi transfer service from the airport to the apartments for 60-70 euros (depending on taximeter). To confirm this service, just send us an email to info@estrencvilllas.com indicating the day and time of arrival, flight number and mobile phone number.

What other services will I have?

Towel and cleaning service, rental of beach umbrellas and beach towels, luggage storage, baby crib and chairs (upon request) and room medical service. There is no paid parking, but you can park your car on the street without any problem and free of charge.

What time is check in and check out?

You can occupy your apartment starting at 3 pm. If the apartment is vacated before this time, you will be able to enter it as soon as it is ready. Check-out time is at 11:00 a.m. If you wish to extend your check-out time, you can ask us about the price and availability.

How do I get the keys?

Lago Apartments do not have a reception desk. The keys will be handed over in our restaurant Cafè & Sal (C/Caravel.la, 18. Telf. +34 971 656 479) every day from 9.00 am to 00.00 am. If you arrive out of these hours, please contact us to arrange the handover of keys.
